经济水平的不断提高，使得人们对生活质量有了更高的要求，近些年来，建筑业迎来了新的发展高潮，但豆腐渣工程屡见不鲜，对人们的生命安全和财产安全造成了巨大伤害，建筑质量问题成为社会关注的重点问题。基于此，本文针对房屋建筑工程监理项目质量控制与管理实践进行探讨分析，以供参考。
