Abstract：

建筑行业综合性很强，需要一定的技术和实践经验，更需要相关政策的有效管理。我国建筑行业总体朝着合理有序的方向发展，但是建筑工程造价管理作为建筑行业的关键问题，经过长期累积已经日趋严重，这些弊端制约着建筑工程的效益和社会效益。新时期，必须加强工程造价的管理与控制。本文就此展开了论述，以供参阅。
