    Abstract：

    电子学习档案袋在高等教育，尤其是教师教育领域应用广泛。相关研究对于电子学习档案袋的应用目的进行了分类。基于师范生、师范院校教师与行政工作者和师范生的聘用机构三大类关键利益者的视角，电子学习档案袋的应用有积极正向的作用。不同的场景与目的适用于三种不同导向的电子学习档案袋：评价总结导向的电子学习档案袋、过程记录导向的电子学习档案袋、成果展示导向的电子学习档案袋。
