Abstract：
《老王》作为一篇经典的散文，一直是教师们上课的热门篇目。在十位名师的同课异构典型课例中，刘金玉、程翔、王君三位老师的课例教学对象均为初中生。三位老师对课文的理解深入，教学处理精妙；设定的教学目标和选取的教学内容、教学策略存在共性和个性，值得我们研究。我们可以在比较三篇课例中进一步思考散文的教学，进而得出教学启示，丰富自己的教学经验。
