Abstract：
小学数学科目中具有许多理论性知识，如果教师始终运用理论讲授的手段，会打压学生的学习积极性，使其无法全身心融入数学学习中。分组分层教学具有重要的作用，教师应该尊重学生的个人意愿、个体差异性、主观能动性来开展教学活动，在课前预习、课堂提问等环节中均应用分组分层教学思想。本文对分层教学法在小学数学教学实践进行探讨，并给出相应的策略，提供参考依据。
