Abstract：
近几年，基建项目对项目安全、质量和进度管理的要求越来越高，加之项目现场情况复杂，传统的项目管理方式给项目现场管理带来巨大挑战，迫切需要项目智慧化管理手段，为项目管理人员提供相关的数据、报表、信息和基础分析。研究表明，国内基建行业智慧工地研究有了一定的发展，各行业也在摸索推行，但在项目管理中实际应用的范围、深度和实际呈现效果与真正的预期都有较大的差距，项目管理思想与智慧工地不能有效结合。
