    Abstract：

    近年来，国家对少数民族教育尤其重视，加强对少数民族学生的日常管理工作，对民族团结，社会和谐具有重要意义，本文根据少数民族学生特点以及管理工作中出现的问题，提出设立少数民族学生预科班，提高学习通过率；宣传国家政策，端正思想意识；提高法律意识，坚定正确政治方向；进行爱国主义教育、民族认同观培育；实行“结对子”、“三帮一”帮扶制度五点措施和办法。
