Abstract：
英语是当今世界最重要的国际通用语言之一，因此高职院校的教学中英语是一门基础课程，也是一门必修课程。如何有效提高高职学生的英语能力A级考试过关率成为当今各高校英语教师研究的主要课题。下文中笔者通过调研对高职学生考试通过率不高的原因进行简要的分析与探讨。
