    精细化管理就是将项目中的细节作为关注对象，进行更加全面且细致的管理。在项目施工过程中，每一个管理人员都要积极参与到实际管理工作中，对施工的各个环节进行更加深入和科学的管理。同时，通过精细化管理还能将工程中隐藏的问题与不足及时挖掘出来，并积极采取针对性的措施予以解决，切实有效地提高项目施工的整体质量和综合效率，进而取得理想化的经济效益和社会效益。
