Abstract：
高职艺术教育中心作为国家专业人才的重要输出的地点，根据时代的要求，积极调整教育模式，实行教育改革，为国家培养专业人才。高职艺术教育中心应对学生实行“工匠”培养，我们国家需要具有工匠精神的人才，在高职艺术教育中艺术教育作为素质教育的一个重要方面，与工匠精神有着非常密切的联系，积极改善艺术教育现状，为工匠精神的培养创作有利的条件，本文根据高职艺术教育中工匠精神培养的现状，提出了影响高职院校工匠精神培养的因素，然后对高职院校对工匠精神的培养途径进行了分析。
