Abstract：

作为自然界水循环系统中重要的构成要素，地表水会因天然降水、江河湖泊涨水与退潮等现象，在水温、水位、水质等方面发生变化。为保证生物链的资源良性循环，必须结合地表水监测的重要性，针对目前存在监测问题，积极的对传统监测模式进行创新，且培育出具有良好信息素养的监测人才，并逐渐生成完善的管理体系。
