Abstract：

在房屋建筑工程中，屋面渗水、漏水已经成为一种通病，不仅会影响人们的正常生活，给其带来麻烦，严重的情况下还会造成经济损失。与此同时，还会破坏建筑企业的形象，不利于企业可持续发展。为此，文章主要论述了房屋建筑工程屋面防水施工技术，并重点对其质量控制进行了分析，以便在整体上提升房屋建筑质量。
