Abstract：
提升小学生自身的作文能力，不但利于增强其的语文学习成效，也能够提高其的文化水平，在新课改背景之下开展小学语文教学工作的过程之中，不再似以往那般只注重于小学生的语文学习成绩，也要注重提高小学生的相关能力，而作文能力的培养就为其中的关键内容，所以应提高教师的关注程度，并采用切实可行的措施达成作文能力培养的目标。
