Abstract：

班级管理是学校管理的重要组成部分，也由此受到学校管理者、班主任以及家长的管理与重视。大量班级管理实践表明，班主任的班级管理质量如何，直接会对学校整体的教育效果以及学生的成长带来重大影响。为此，文章以中小学班级管理为研究对象，分析了中小学班主任管理的难点与优化建议，以供参考。
