Abstract：
随着社会对现代人才综合素质能力需求的提升，当下的初中学生的考试与评价制度已经处于落后阶段，其评价的方式单一，通过考试来评价一个学生的能力，致使教师在教学的过程中将考试成绩放在首位，导致学生的个人思维能力逐渐固化，这种考试与评价的机制，既不符合现行的素质教育改革要求，也不利于学生的全面发展。基于此，本文结合初中历史与社会教学，就初中历史与社会的考试与评价进行探索，并提出有关策略。
