    电力能源的持续稳定供应是当前社会生产生活对于电力企业提出的要求，也是电力企业工作能力的直接体现，展现着现代化社会电力工业对国民经济需求的满足程度。因此，需要提高变电站值班员紧急事故处理能力、减少突发性事件对于电力供应的影响。
