Abstract：
BIM（Building Information Modeling）技术是指建筑信息建模，它是以工程项目的各种相关信息数据为基础建立模型，并通过数字信息模拟建筑物的真实信息，是对工程建设项目各阶段物理特征和功能特性的数字化表达，具有以数据为中心的全生命周期理念特性。BIM技术最初是针对建筑行业，现已扩展至其他行业应用。本文就此展开了论述，以供参阅。
