Abstract：
对工程项目来说，做好基本的工程造价管理能够有效地发挥项目的实际作用。从而在源头上对资金的基本状况进行全方位控制，确保工程的整体收益。建设单位要结合超预算现象的具体形式分析其背后的主要原因，制定有效的建设方案来保证工程预算处于合理的范围内。因此，对建筑工程造价超预算原因进行分析，探寻出有效的控制措施对企业的发展有积极作用。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了建筑工程造价超预算的原因与控制措施，以供参阅。
