市政工程施工项目的成本控制对于整个市政工程而言，是一个系统性的工作过程，这就要求建设企业在建设施工管理过程中强化对于成本控制的重视力度，从工程建设的全过程出发，同时将成本控制落实到各个环节，各个方面，以确保从根本上实现成本控制的有效化，为政府节约市政开支，同时为建设企业实现利润最大化提供重要的前提保障。
