教师的思想政治素质和师德师风直接影响教师队伍的整体素质，关乎学生成长成才，关乎教育改革发展，关乎社会文明风尚，关乎国家长治久安，进一步加强和改进师德师风建设，聚焦师德考核，破解考核过程中的诸多现实困境，建立多元化的评价模式，提升师德考核结果公信力，对于打造高素质教师队伍具有重要意义。
