    Abstract：

    在社会发展的带动下，高校的人才培养需要在具体措施上进行提升。基于此，高校将思政内容渗透到专业课的教学中，为专业课程的育人工作指明了新的发展方向。就《管理会计》课程而言，教师需要对教学内容做出有效规划，充分挖掘教材中的思政元素，培养学生的职业素养和道德品质。为此，本文从多个方面进行了探索，旨在为《管理专业》课程中渗透思政内容提供有价值的借鉴和参考。
