Abstract：
绩效考核方法的应用对企业的发展和经济效益的提高起到了良好的帮助作用，促进了企业的建设，保证企业进行正常经营，但是在发展中依然出现了人力资源管理上的问题，影响了绩效考核效果的提高，阻碍了企业的发展和建设，这就需要我们针对问题进行研究和分析，给企业开展政工工作提供指导与帮助。
