    Abstract：

    针对销售人员培训效果提升的难题，从学习目标和学习效果这两个角度出发，提出了一种基于线性系统理论反馈机制的销售人员培训方法，本文提出动态培训方法是对传统静态PDCA循环培训方法的有效补充和提升。通过分析电子测量仪器销售人员的培训案例，证明本文提出方法的有效性。
