    Abstract：

    2019年国家职教20条中正式提出了“1+X”制度试点，自此“1+X”证书制度成为新时期各大院校复合技能型人才培养的全新重要模式。本文立足于运动营养与指导技能等级证书，提出“1+X”制度在专业教学中的重要性，分析具体实践中如何通过重构专业课程体系、构建校内外实践基地、强化双师型教师队伍、协调学校组织性等提高该项证书的实施路径。
