Abstract：
以国企物资管理职能体系为基础，严格贯彻公司内部的集约化要求和严格内控管理，把制度和标准固化为业务流程，采取职责设置、流程管理等技术手段，强化对易发腐败关键环节的内部管理；开展物资监管信息系统建设工作，对行业的重要节点进行“点式监督”；并基于对整个链条业务流程进行延伸，形成了全面、立体化的线上监管，形成了动态监测、信息预警、有效管理、服务持续提升的业务监督机制。
