Abstract：
“双减”政策主要是指减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担、减轻校外培训负担。“双减”政策的颁布和实施，强化了学校教育主阵地作用，使得孩子在家里的时间增多，家长负担减轻，在孩子教育方面的参与度得到提高。家庭教育内容调整和转变势在必行。家长应该认真对待自己家庭教育的责任和压力，理性思考家庭教育所使用的理论和方法。家庭教育内容调整和转变势在必行。
