    教育是一项需要付出时间长、见效慢的事业。教育犹如做园艺，唯有领悟其中的方法，方能事半功倍。每个学生都将长成参天大树，不过他们的生长周期、成长特点各不相同，我们能做的是用爱拓土，在浇灌修剪中耐心等待，家校联合催生更多力量，始终满怀期待，帮助并见证他们朝着期望的模样成长。
