Abstract：
档案管理是机构建设的重点任务之一，在该项工作中涉及档案信息搜集、整理、调用等多个层面的内容，科学管理方法体系的构建是提升该项工作成效的重要保障。信息科技在档案工作中的融合，为档案管理新方法的生成及新模式的构建提供了支撑，也带动了档案管理的改革发展。新环境下的档案管理涉及的内容会更加广泛，提出的工作要求更加严格，为此，不论任何机构都应该正视档案信息化建设与管理，并对管理方法的改进和优化进行持续性探索。
