探究水利工程概预算编制对工程造价的影响

Abstract：

项目在建设过程中，编制概预算属于最为重要的一部分，因此对项目决策、设计、调试、施工以及完工方面起着决定性的作用，这直接取决于资金是否能够有效的使用以及项目投资过程中的经济效益。以下就针对项目概预算编制过程，探究其对工程造价产生的影响，最后提出了提高概预算质量的具体措施。
