    核心素养要求教师要创新教学观念，重视学生综合能力的提升，培养学生基本知识、技能、思想和活动经验，让学生掌握基本的运算能力。本文主要分析了小学数学核心素养运算能力的特征以及当前教学当中存在的不足之处，并针对性研究了核心素养培养背景下，小学数学学生运算能力提升的有效措施。
