Abstract：
在政府机关信息化档案的信息化管理中，部分领导对信息化档案的工作认识并不是非常的到位，在信息化档案的存放中存在非常大的安全隐患，通常情况下，信息化档案管理人员在业务能力存在整理行为不规范、业务水平差劲等问题。为了不断提高业务人员的政府机关信息化档案，一方面需要加强领导；另一方面可以将规章进行规范化管理，从多个角度对政府机关信息化档案信息化的管理薄弱环节进行管理。
