Abstract：
高校大学生的社交焦虑受多种因素影响，社交焦虑在高校大学生中成为一种普遍的现象，对大学生的心理健康产生了不同程度的影响。本文阐述了社交焦虑的理论概念并对其影响因素进行分析，根据产生社交焦虑的影响因素针对性的提出建议，帮助大家缓解和消除心理压力，减少人际关系紧张、孤独感。
