    新时代下，大学英语教师的教育素养是由多方面组成的：对教育事业的忠诚，对学科知识的日积月累，对兄弟学科的触类旁通，对学生细腻的内心世界的了解，对教育学与心理学的恰当运用等等，不一而足___正是这些构成了大学英语教师的基本素养，成为其上好每一堂英语课，完整地把自己的学科知识体系、教育教学理念、做人意识等，如纯净的水源般地传递给学生的根本保证。
