    Abstract：

    阅读能力是有效学习与适应生活的关键能力，阅读能力的培养与提高应该寓于学生日常的课本学习中，如何在学生日常的课本学习中培养与提高阅读能力，关系到学生的理解能力和解决问题的能力，从而影响到学生的学习能力，直接表现出来的就是学生的学习成效。文章以物理教材为例阐述的阅读课本的阅读、标注、归纳、编纲四个环节，即阅读课本“四环节法”能够有效的培养与提高学生的阅读能力。
