当前，积极心理治疗已经成了心理咨询业界广泛应用的手段，并且在高等院校当中得到了普及，与此同时这种心理咨询方式也成了老师、学生和家长谈论的热门话题。本文将围绕积极心理治疗对心理咨询工作的启示为核心展开论述，首先明确积极心理治疗的相关概述，进而阐述积极心理治疗的重要价值，下一步剖析当前传统心理咨询工作中存在的问题，并且以此为基础探究出积极心理咨询治疗对心理咨询工作的启发。
