Abstract：
本文在研究专利法第二条第三款关于实用新型定义的基础之上，结合专利法审查指南中关于实用新型客体判断的相关规定，对电学领域涉及计算机程序保护方案的客体判断，给出了审查思路，并结合具体案例进行详细分析讨论，对电学领域计算机程序保护客体的判断给出了较为合理的标准。
