Abstract：
为加强工程硕士研究生专业实践能力培养，采用问卷调查与半结构深度访谈相结合的方式，面向S大学2019、2020届工程硕士毕业生进行了调查。调查发现工程硕士研究生在人才培养计划、培养过程和支撑条件等方面与专业实践能力提升与都有着显著的影响。提出高校可以从设置培养目标区间、完善课程设置，优化课程内容，更新教学方式和持续深化校企合作等方面来提升工程硕士研究生的专业实践能力。
