Abstract：
随着社会经济的不断发展，信息化技术不断普及，各行各业都在针对性地实现信息化转变，档案资源作为企业决策的主要依据，其首当其冲在接受着数据化转变，时至今日已经取得初步成效。基于此，本文通过总结大数据时代对现有的档案管理工作带来的挑战，针对性的制定解决方案，以期改变管理人员思维模式，适应时代发展，在激烈的市场竞争中获取优势。
