Abstract：
目前，我国不断地深化足球教学方面的工作，全国各地都在加强初中生的足球训练，在这一过程中，由于足球教育在我国并没有广泛发展，因此在初中阶段培养学生在足球方面的体能训练是十分有必要的，本文将以加强足球体能训练的意义为切入点，提出四点较为核心的训练方法。
