Abstract：
辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是高等学校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者，涉及学生思想理论教育、党团班级建设、日常事务管理等工作。导师是在教学与科研方面培养学生过硬专业素养的指导者与推动者。本文主要围绕“辅导员+导师制”人才培养模式下的学生培养进行思考，就地方职业技术高校中如何根据学校定位培养学生、“双带头人”的机制是否更为有效等问题进行阐述。
