    Abstract：

    在走可持续发展道路中，发展绿色经济、环保经济、节约经济是我国现代社会发展的重要方向，而建筑作为我国一大能耗行业，为了满足社会发展以及人们日益增长的物质文化需求，做好建筑的绿色设计有着重大战略意义。我国建筑行业只有做好绿色设计，在绿色设计中秉着环保、经济、合理、使用的原则，以节能减排为目的，才能建造美观、舒适、适用的建筑，从而满足我国人民的需要和现代化城市发展的需要。
