Abstract：
和我国历史及诸多因素有关，工程造价行业虽然已经有了多年的发展。但是在目前阶段仍然处于全过程工程造价管理方法阶段，相比起西方的全生命周期工程造价管理方法而言存在着许多的局限性。这些局限性的存在从一定程度上限制了我国相关的建设行业的发展，导致在建设过程当中很多问题的存在。为了能够更好地帮助中国的工程造价管理完成从全过程工程造价管理方法向全寿命周期工程造价管理方法的转变，在本文当中我们将对这两种管理方法进行对比。
