    Abstract：

    家国情怀素养是初中历史学科核心素养的重要组成部分，在初中历史教学中占据重要地位和影响力。为了有效发挥出家国情怀教育的价值，实现对初中历史传统教学理念与模式的改革创新目标，本文首先概述了初中历史教学有效渗透家国情怀的积极意义，在此基础上以人教版历史教学为例，研究并提出了初中历史教学有效渗透家国情怀的路径，以供参考。
