产教融合是实施人才强国战略的必由之路，产业学院是突破产教融合困境的创新实践。依托地方支柱产业建设产业学院，有利于精准定位人才培养方向，完善实习实训条件，强化师资队伍建设，加大扩充教学资源，改革人才培养模式，践行工学结合、知行合一的教学育人理念，提升人才培养质量和专业影响力。
