Abstract：
用电信息采集系统是智能电网的重要组成部分之一，主要负责分析与处理电力使用情况以及电力营销情况，发挥着用电数据采集与传输、电网运行监控、资源共享等多种功能，在智能电网中发挥着举足轻重的作用。因此探讨研究用电信息采集系统，是推动智能电网建设与发展的有效对策，是提高电力服务质量，促进电力企业稳定发展的重要途径。
