    本文从“研究型投资审计”角度，通过对某区政府建设项目的立项情况进行梳理分析，结合投资审计新形式新要求，就如何切实从建设项目的源头--立项抓起，推进政府建设项目有始有终，做实研究型投资审计，作出初步探讨与思考。
