Abstract：
近年来，随着中国社会经济的不断快速发展，中国行政机构的金融体制也得到了实施。对行政机构财政资金的监管是保证财政资源安全合理利用的基础和前提，而行政财政资金一般用于社会公共基础设施建设和社会服务建设。行政机构财政资源的合理利用对中国社会经济的可持续发展具有十分重要的作用。因此提高我国对行政机构的监察力度能够更加有效地使财政资金得到更好的用处。并且是科学、合理的作用。并且还可以改变财政资源的合理分配，提高财政资金的运用效率，为事业单位的长期发展给予保障。
