Abstract：
在新时期，学生管理工作为高职院校的主要工作部分，能促进高职院校的积极发展和进步，能实现良好的人才培养工作。在高职院校学生管理工作中，由于一些因素的影响，使工作问题的不断增加。基于此，本文首先介绍高职院校学生管理工作的客观要求，并分析高职院校学生管理工作面临的问题，最后探讨高职院校学生管理工作的发展策略，以此保证高职院校学生管理工作的可持续化发展。
