Abstract：
随着教育教学制度的改革，越来越多人开始重视素质教育，素质教育的地位也越来越高，在开展小学阶段德育教育时，教师需要密切关注德育教育的开展，注重实效性的提升。由于小学阶段的学生年龄较小，需要给予良好的教育，为学生提供良好的成长环境，让每位学生都能够健康成长。良好的德育教育将会关系到学生的个人发展与成长，因此，教师需要注重德育工作实效性的提升。本文阐述了提高小学德育工作实效性的对策研究。
