    本研究根据《大学生心理健康教育》课程特点，阐述该在线开放课程建设的思路与内容，分别从课程内容、内涵理念、学习形式、思政导向、学习要求、评价模式等方面进行了探讨，提出了“以学生为中心”的体验式在线开放课程的建设模式。
